New Class! BJJ Conquest is adding a new class--BJJ Fundamentals. Come check out the new class: Thursday nights, 6:00 - 7:00pm. The class is perfect for beginners and students looking to improve their techniques!
The BJJ Conquest team competed in Pam Ams No-Gi Competition on October 2, 2010 in NYC. Congratulations to Tobe Lundsford for his 2nd place finish and instructor Lance Trippett for his 3rd place finish!

BJJ Conquest instructor Nate Grebb becomes the EFC Champion at 155lb. Nate won his fight impressively in the first round at approximately the 3:00 minute mark. Congratulations Nate!
